All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. During peak seasons or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer, and we’ll notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We partner with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand service, to fulfill and ship your orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product category, weight, and destination. Below are the estimated shipping times after order fulfillment:

  • United States: 3–4 business days

  • Canada (Standard DDP): 3–5 business days (up to 12 business days for Atlantic regions)

  • International: 5–15 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors like customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays. You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Restricted Destinations

We ship worldwide, but some countries are restricted due to legal or carrier limitations. For a full list of restricted destinations, please contact our support team.

Order Tracking

Split Shipments

Some orders may be split into multiple shipments due to product packaging requirements (e.g., snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats, baseball caps, or visors). Each shipment will incur separate shipping charges, which will be reflected at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address, we can reship it upon address confirmation. However, additional shipping costs may apply, which you may choose to cover or pass on to the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

All orders come with tracking. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please check the tracking link first.
